Question: If a trust has had to pay payg instalments where does this amount get entered as there is no “estimate” section as in a personal return, that it is an estate tax return so the estate has the payg instalment.
Answer: There is no payg instalments field in the Trust Return Tax Form, because the beneficiaries is the one paying of the tax, base on the distribution of net income by from trust.
