First, you need to have the "LodgeiT" plug-in installed in your Excel to generate an XML file, learn more here 
Then, select the software you want to convert from -


It will re-direct to LodgeiT Smart Excell spreadsheet that could allow you to manage - add/edit "Balance sheet" and "ProfitLoss".


To access and save BalanceSheet

Select your Tab below to "Bsheet" then you may start managing the said section. Make sure DATE is correct. (AsAt)

Please note that you should add rows within the sections, but refrain from adding columns to the spreadsheet.

Saving the BalanceSheet

Choose your preferred Desktop Accounting. i.e, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc

Choose "Balance Sheet

Copy and paste the ABN or TFN and input here for saving.

Choose file location, it will be save as XML file.

To access and save ProfitLoss

Select your Tab below to "Profitloss" then you may start managing the said section. Make sure DATE is correct. (FromTo)

In Saving the Profitloss, Click "Reports" choose your preferred Desktop Accounting (ie MYOB)

Copy and paste the ABN or TFN and input here for saving.

Choose file location, it will be save as XML file.

BalanceSheet and Profitloss XML file are now ready for import in LodgeiT.
