(DO NOT use this method if this is the first time you are redeeming your ProAdvisor Subscription, use this GUIDE instead)

 

You have these deactivation messages, because your QuickBooks Account's connection in LodgeiT either becomes:

a. Invalid  (Check whether you have two accounts, it is possible that you are accessing an incorrect LodgeiT Dashboard/Account)

b. Expired

b. Mistakenly disconnected

Renewal/Re-Activate

The renew process is similar to first activation and works the same way under the hood. Except it can be triggered by a Renew button on the Billing page in LodgeiT. 

Note, it requires the user to have an active connection to their QBOA file, check the connection via Gear wheel > Profile



Please re-connect your QuickBooks account by trying the 2 options below:

A. QuickBooks Online' Integration Instructions

OR

B. Disconnect the QuickBooks connection, and re-connect it back - 

Select Gear wheel > Profile

Then "Settings" > "Import", and press "X" to remove the connection.

And re-connect QuickBooks to LodgeiT



Expired 

(same process with "Renewal")

Please re-connect your QuickBooks account by trying the 2 options below:

B. Disconnect the QuickBooks connection, and re-connect it back - 

Select Gear wheel > Profile

Then "Settings" > "Import", and press "X" to remove the connection.

And re-connect QuickBooks to LodgeiT




Under the hood

It means that the system is checking for the subscription. Every 24 hours or each time a user sign-ins into LodgeiT, we automatically check the QuickBookOnline ProAdvisor tier and check if the user still eligible for the subscription, if tier changed, if user not eligible for free tier anymore, we cancel the subscription.



Upgrade/Downgrade

The main requirement is that the agent must keep their LodgeiT organisation being connected to the QBOA file all the time.

For the user who used an old approach (who previously activated ProAdvisor subscription using a coupon) the upgrade/downgrade is not working automatically. In such cases users ether must wait till their subscription expires or contact the support team, they will request to configure on the back end.


Please note the following:

  • No refunds will be issued for cancelled subscriptions and you will not lose any historical data.
  • We have a 3 months refund policy. LodgeiT Plan purchased should be within that period. . You may ask your Intuit's representative that you will use the code next time or when you run our of lodgements.


FAQ

Q: How to buy additional lodgements/extra forms?

A: Ask your 'QuickBooks Online' account representative to adjust your package subscription, ie Intuit leadership need to change inclusion amounts, or you also have an option buy additional lodgements out of pocket via LodgeiT in the billing section.

The ProAdvisor Basic/Silver plan is non-renewable and can be used only during 1st year.
