Notification code CMN.ATO.CTR.W00025 is just a warning, thus you can still validate the tax form and proceed in ATO lodgement.
To prevent this code from showing, please ensure that Sum of Item 10 "Deduction for certain assets" and "Deduction for general small business pool" should be equal to or less than the Depreciation expenses amount in Item 6. See example below for your reference:
Item 6 > Depreciation Expenses (line item). Go to Profit & Loss > Calculation tab.
Item 10: Go to the Depreciation tab.
