Due to LodgeiT logs, the issue occurs because the connection to user's Microsoft mailbox (in this case johndoe@gmail.com) is expired. 


The sser needs to re-connect it https://go.lodgeit.net.au/settings/email, so all emails to their client will be sent

In this particular case the backend error message "AADSTS70000: The user could not be authenticated as the grant is expired. The user must sign in again."
