Activity Statement missing "Tabs".
LodgeiT communicates with ATO via ATO services API and in this particular case on prefill ATO returns empty document with no sections.
Such issue rarely but occurs in ATO. To fix this the ATO will re- issue a new form which can be successfully prefilled and lodged.

If it won't help, then we'll contact ATO tech team for them to investigate.
