Note: A working holiday maker can be an "Australian Resident" for tax purposes if the taxpayer meets the criteria required by ATO.

Removing low income tax offset from tax return for client on a WHM visa

Temporary residents should be eligible for the Low Income Tax Offset. We kindly request that you lodge this tax return and wait for the Notice of Assessment (NoA). The ATO should calculate it accordingly.
