Error: CMN.ATO.INCDTLS.000393 - Trust income details are incomplete.
Guidance:
- Possibly, issue is coming from the section of "Trust" that has no data. Please update or delete if irrelevant
- Adding zero on every field may resolve the issue as well.
- If the source of trust schedule income is coming from another Trust Tax Form within LodgeiT, then please go to the related source Trust Return and input 0 (zero digit) in Label B and B1 (see below image for your reference).
Go back to the related individual tax return via Income >Trust tab. Open the related trust schedule and then input 0 in Label 13X under "Managed investment scheme income". Afterwards, refresh the form and click validate again to check if the error will still show.
