SBR.GEN.AUTH.008 - Your nomination with the online (cloud) software provider does not contain the correct Software.

Ensure you have a MyGovID prior to attempting this.

Please do as follows:

a. Go to "ATO" (tab), select Software ID and copy it.


b. Please navigate to the ATO Access Manager (you may click the link below) and verify that the Software ID in both the ATO Access Manager and LodgeiT are identical.

If error persist, check the following:

Click the Gear icon and select 'Profile.' Carefully review the details to ensure they match your ATO information.


Note: The Software ID will remain the same, unless you updated your TAN or ABN, you will need to complete the nomination process for the new ABN in the ATO Access Manager
