Error: CMN.ATO.GEN.410009 - "The Tax Agent number has failed the Tax Agent number algorithm check."
Solution:
1. Check your tax agent number via Gear wheel > Profile, check and update the following information if needed
2. Check the status of your ATO connection via this "ATO" tab > Software
This should show as "Successfully connected"
