Error: LGT.GEN.ERR.0000005 – The tax agent phone, email and address are required.

What this error means: 

This error appears when the system cannot find complete tax agent contact details. To proceed, the following information must be provided:

• Tax agent phone number

• Tax agent email address

• Tax agent business address

If any one of these is missing or blank, the system will block the action.

Common causes

• Tax agent profile is incomplete

• Phone, email, or address fields were left empty

• Incorrect or invalid contact details

• Tax agent details were not saved properly

Update via Gear Wheel > Agent Set Up

If you are not a tax agent lodging in behalf of client, 

Try to change to "Client" instead.
