As per ATO validation code details, you cannot use use Trust Assestment Code 45 or 145 if the "Type of Trust is "C - Special disability trust", otherwise please use other Trust Assessment Code. Please try to use code 30 or 35 or the applicable "Trust Assessment Code" to successfully validate the trust form.
