Suggested Solution:
1. Go to Income > Taxable payment tab and click open the taxable payment worksheet (click the worksheet line item).
2. Ensure to fill-up the taxable payment worksheet. Ensure to input also "0" digit in the "Tax withheld amount". After inputting the value, please refresh the screen first and then click the Validate button again to check if error is already resolved.
