Suggested Solution:
1. Go to "Other > Overseas Transactions & Other" section
2. Click "Open worksheet"
3. Go to Section A > Label 17a. All restructuring event should be either completely filled or left empty. If there is no restructuring event, don't select NO to the question "Was there a contemporaneous professional valuation study or transfer pricing analysis of the restructuring event undertaken?, but instead retain the default question mark "?" as selected to avoid the error. You will noticed in below sample image that Restructuring event 2 and 3 has no data, thus the "?" (question mark) is selected.
