Error Prompt: CMN.ATO.IITR.210037 - Response for Private Health Insurance Tax claim code is incorrect
Suggested Solution:
1. Go to "Spouse" tab. If tax payer had a spouse at the end of the year, then the date in line item "Before what date you had a spouse" should be 30 Jun 2026.
Spouse tab:
Taxpayer with spouse until 30 June 2026 (e.g. is only a part year spouse from August 2025 to June 2026):
2. If this date (30 June 2026) is set, then the tax code should not be Tax Code A or Tax Code B. Below example is a sample form with tax code C that was selected.
