-  Usually, this error shows when there is already a lodged activity statement amendment form on the ATO portal and user is trying to lodge the same version of amendment via LodgeiT. Please check first if the amendment was already lodged in ATO portal, then if yes is the answer, the next step is to delete the amendment form in LodgeiT (related guide: How to remove or delete a form?) and then just pull the lodged activity statements in LodgeiT. -  This issue also often occur as well when ATO servers are congested or on time out during the submission process. Please try again later, after 30 minutes to 1 hour. If there is still an issue, please contact ATO directly.
