Verifying E-Signature Requests vs. Out to Sign

Before proceeding, please confirm whether you sent the document using “Request E-Signature” and not “Out to Sign”.

Step 1 – Check the Audit Trail

You can verify this via the Audit Trail. See example below:

If the Audit Trail shows that the form was sent for e-signature, but the client has not received it, we can proceed with further investigation.


Step 2 – Assist Us in Troubleshooting

Please complete the following:

  1. Invite the Technical Team to Access Your Account

  2. Provide a Screenshot

    • Send us a clear screenshot of the list of client(s) not receiving the e-signature request.
