Reset/clear the settings following next instructions:
Chrome
1. Please open the tax return page
2. Click F12 on the PC/notebook keyboard.
3. In the bottom browser panel please navigate to "Application" => on the left panel find "Storage" => "Local storage" => "https://go.lodgeit.net.au" and with the right click on it select "Clear"
4. Then please refresh the page
Safari
- Open the page (even its currently loading, you may refresh the scripts) for this page by clicking "Option + Command + R" in Safari.
- You can also try to open browser in incognito mode. In Safari click "File => New private window" then open the page , ie - esignature page that has issue.
If the issue persists:
Please try to open the page it in another browser, not Safari
Please ask one of your teammates who is owner or admin to open this page from their device and say if it worked for them.
